The entry list is full and we have a superb list of machines - if you have a friend who would like to ride, tell them to hurry. They might still be able to get a cancellation
I have just received an entry from Jiri Toloch. His is the first from the Czech Republic this year. I hope there are more to come. Jiri will bring a beautiful 1927 Indian Scout. You may remember his blue and yellow Praga and his 1930 NSU from previous visits. If you have contacts in the Czech Republic please try to persuade them to join us. (Update on 20/6/06 - I now have 6 more Czech entries and this makes the biggest party from the Czech Republic for several years. They are bringing a couple of those fabulous fabric covered Velorex 3-wheelers too !
I have received 54 entries from first-time visitors. We look forward to welcoming them in the summer and hope that they have a good time with us. Thank you to everyone who has passed on information about our event and persuaded friends to give it a try.

I have had a lot of trouble with my internet connection. The connection keeps dropping and it has been impossible to maintain a connection for more than a couple of minutes. This has, obviously, had an effect on my ability to keep the website up to date. I am always trying to save time and money and, to save on postage and on sending out emails, there is a page showing entries received so far. If your name is on it I have received your entry. Please use the website and email for communication where possible.
I'm still receiving entries from members of the BMW Mono Club in the Netherlands. I think they might require their own camping field at this rate !

I'm still adding photos to the list of riders. If you send me a picture by email, could you please keep the file down to a reasonable size. Some of the pictures I receive would be larger than life size if I could print them the size they display on my screen. They take ages to download and I have to scroll screen after screen to view them !
The Friars have a policy that forbids dogs from the Friars. It is due to the fact that many of their weekend events attract, literally, thousands of people (worshippers and pilgrims for example) and, in the past, dogs have caused problems. The decision was taken, therefore, to prohibit dogs entirely from all events and it is something we have to abide by.
If you have visited the West Kent Run and enjoyed it, you must know someone else who would enjoy it too. Print off a form for them and help to spread the news about the event. You know that the event attracts regular riders year after year but there is always space for new friends to join in. We have more than 20 new riders who will join us this year.
If you have suggestion for events or features - riding or social - that you would like us to consider, to add to the programme, please let us know. Your feedback is important to us in trying to create a weekend everyone can enjoy.
