There is not a lot to report this month.
The printed paper copies of the entry form finally went out.
I apologise for not keeping the website list of entrants up to date quickly enough - I have not had/made the time to do it. I have now added all names from entries received by 20.2.07. Pictures take quite a time to prepare and so they will be done at a later date - thank you to everyone who sent one in.
The entry is already beginning to show its usual variety. We already have bikes from 1921 - 1981 and more than 20 different makes so far, from AJS to Vincent.
I still have no news on the progress, or lack of progress, with regard to the bedroom refurbishment at The Friars.
Some of you may not be aware that the arrangement for providing food on Saturday evening has changed. Ivy and her burger van have served us well over the last few years but we realise the food is not to everyone's taste. The Friars have offered to provide food this year and will provide a buffet style service. It comprises Roast Gammon, Quiche, New Potatoes, Mixed Salad, Coleslaw, Tomatoes, French Bread and Fresh Fruit Basket. Tickets can be booked on the entry form.
The 19th and 20th of February were good days ! Of the entries received on those days, eight were vintage bikes. Keep spreading the word.
