Timetable of events

Thursday First participants arrive from 09.00. Room keys will be available from Alan Abrahams (on the camping field).
Informal social run from The Friars at 18.45 returning by 20.30 for barbecue.  The bar will be open.		 There is no charge for the social run.
The cost of the barbecue is not included in the entry fee.
Friday Signing-on all day on the camping field.
Informal social run at 10.30.  The run will stop at a pub for lunch and return to The Friars at about 16.00.
President's Reception buffet  from 19.30.  The bar will be open.		 The cost of lunch is not included in the entry fee.
The President's Reception is free to entrants and passengers.
Saturday Signing-on from 08.00.  First riders start the West Kent Run at 09.00.  Coffee will be taken en route.  There will also be a lunch stop at a place of interest.
First riders return to The Friars from 16.00 for tea and biscuits. Signing off from 16.00.
Evening celebration from 19.30 with buffet and dancing to a live band.  The bar will be open. 		Coffee, lunch and tea are included in the entry fee.
There is a £6 per person charge for food at the evening celebration. The meal will be a buffet, prepared by the staff at the Friars. The buffet must be booked on the entry form.
Sunday Programme of events on the field.  Events include a static display of the participating machines, motorcycle gymkhana, autojumble and trade stands, Avenue of Clubs display area with special Competition Bike feature. Concours d'Elegance.  Day closes with prize-giving ceremony at 15.00 in the presence of the Club President. Entry to the Sunday event is by programme.  All entrants will have received a programme when they signed on.
Monday Informal social run at 10.30.  The run will stop at a pub for lunch and return to the The Friars at about 16.00. Cost of the lunch is not included in the entry fee.
Tuesday Last participants depart by 12.00 noon.
