We invite your Club to put on a display in the Avenue of Clubs on SUNDAY 8th August 2010 at The Friars at Aylesford..

• The standard size for a pitch is 6m x 6m.  (approx 10 bikes)
• There is no charge for a Club stand pitch in the Avenue of Clubs. There is, however, a charge of £5 per person per night for camping which applies to any Club members staying overnight.
• We hope that your members will ride in the West Kent Run on Saturday ( see Entry Regulations).
• You can request up to 8 entry tickets are available for members who are only bringing their bike to display on Sunday.  Each ticket admits one person and motorcycle. 
• If you choose to arrive on Saturday to set up your display hot food will be available at modest cost during the evening, to be served from 7.30pm (must be booked and paid for at least 10 days in advance of the event).
• Pitches will be allocated on arrival.
